A single-storey rear extension with minor internal changes on the ground floor will range from £450-£750 depending on the complexity of the project.

 

* All the packages are fixed-fee guaranteed. I will charge extra only if you need a service out of the agreed project scope. The fees are not dependent on the total cost of your project!
